Cancel anytime. When the paid period ends, storage becomes read-only during the retention period. You can still download and delete files under the Terms.
What happens if I cancel?
Your drive becomes read-only when the subscription ends. You keep full access to download and delete your files during the retention window, so nothing disappears without warning. After the retention period, data is scheduled for deletion unless you reactivate.
You can move up a size at any time. Moving down requires your stored data to fit the smaller plan first — we will tell you exactly how much to free up.
