Terms of Service
The service
Driive provides a personal drive with a fixed monthly quota. Storage is not unlimited: each plan has a stated capacity, and uploads stop when that capacity is reached.
Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices shown to Swedish consumers include 25% VAT. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
What happens when a subscription ends
- Day 0: your subscription ends and your drive becomes read-only. Existing files stay in place.
- Days 0–7: you can download and delete your files, but not upload new ones.
- Day 7: your data is scheduled for deletion unless you reactivate a subscription.
We send notices before any deletion. We do not delete data without warning.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we start a grace period and contact you. Your drive keeps working during the grace period, but your quota will not increase. After the grace period the read-only rules above apply.
Changing plans
You can move to a larger plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately, with billing prorated by Stripe. Moving to a smaller plan requires your stored data to fit within the smaller quota first; we will tell you exactly how much to free up.
Fair use on transfer
Each plan includes a monthly transfer allowance. If you exceed it, we may temporarily slow or pause additional high-volume transfers for the rest of the month. We do not delete your files because you reached a transfer limit. Allowances reset monthly.
Acceptable use
Do not use Driive to store or distribute unlawful material, to infringe others’ rights, or to attack the service or other customers. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
We work to keep Driive available and will be honest about incidents. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure and do not claim zero downtime.
